I have seen black and white images of flowers before, but they all tend to mix into a grey mesh. The infrared really makes it pop. I think it brings out texture and detail you don't normally see. You've peaked my interest in this field of photography now. Does the infrared filter work as well as an infrared conversion? Save you the trouble?
